Ted Gannan
Chief Executive Officer

Ted co-founded Panviva after almost 20 years in a wide variety of senior management, sales, and editorial roles in the publishing industry, including serving as Managing Director of Thomson Learning, Australia. Ted developed SupportPoint after identifying a need for an improved method of delivering "moment of need" procedural and product knowledge to employees. He has led the company's growth worldwide and overseen SupportPoint implementations for major customers.



David Smith
Vice President, Product Development & Support

With over 20 years experience in IT product development, consulting, customer support, and management, David has applied his business and technical expertise to companies in industries ranging from financial services to manufacturing, telecommunications, health, and retail. His success in leading development teams, managing product releases, and directing clients' system implementations demonstrates the extent of his experience with large and complex software applications.



Effraim Herskovic
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Effraim brings extensive entrepreneurial experience to his position, particularly in the operation of Panviva's North American venture. Formerly a venture capitalist, Effraim took an active role in supporting and guiding small technology ventures in new categories and markets. Effraim has also worked in management consulting with Arthur Andersen and holds an MBA from Asia-Pacific's top business school.



Jane Hou
Financial Controller

Jane's global financial management experience spans nearly 20 years and includes previous roles as Financial Controller and CFO. Prior to joining Panviva, she spent eight years working for large, global HR services organizations in Australia and Hong Kong. Her broad exposure to international business practices brings valuable expertise to the management team.
